The Retail Sales Specialist (RSS) serves as the Key Account Manager’s (KAM) counterpart in retail, ensuring seamless coordination between dealers and internal teams. The role involves managing sell-out performance, supporting dealer requirements, overseeing purchase orders, tracking stock availability, and providing insightful reports to drive sales strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support KAMs in addressing dealer requirements and operational needs.
  • Manage and monitor the overall sell-out performance of assigned accounts to drive sell-in.
  • Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Handle Out of Stock (OOS) management by monitoring inventory levels and preventing stock shortages.
  • Provide sell-in related reports management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Gather and analyze topline channel insights and feedback from dealers, branch managers, and the field force.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate in business, marketing, or any related course.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
