The Retail Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Retail Team and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in implementing category plans across retail channels. This role ensures the smooth execution of retail strategies by coordinating with Retail Marketing (RM) and KAMs, monitoring sell-out performance, overseeing store execution, and providing actionable insights to enhance retail operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sell-out Management
• Provide regular sell-out updates to the Retail Team and KAMs.
• Work with RM and KAMs to gather insights from customer touchpoints and sales data.
• Channel Plan Execution
• Coordinate with Retail Marketing and KAMs to ensure category plans are effectively implemented in retail channels.
• Store Execution & Inventory Management
• Ensure proper merchandising, display, stock distribution, pricing, and promotional activities in stores.
• Oversee merchandising execution management, ensuring product availability and appropriate stocking levels.
• Manage inventory and backroom stock levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Conduct regular store visits with RM & KAMs to monitor execution and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead weekly meetings with the Field Force to assess retail operations and identify improvements.
• Support branch engagements, store openings, activations, and trade visits.
• Retail Champion & Reporting
• Act as the knowledge hub for the Retail Team and KAMs during trade engagements.
• Prepare and analyze reports on product availability, inventory levels, competitive insights, price updates, and other business intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Experience in Sales, Retail Operations, or Retail Marketing & Analytics is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred).
