JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Plan, operate and monitor operations strategy to meet objectives
• Lead a team of supervisors towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
• Align with client in setting up and monitor store KPIs
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Area Operations Manager reports directly to the National Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for the efficient execution of all activation programs in the regions. The position is taken to manage all the company’s activities, maximizing the efforts of all programs in support of the Ace Promotion business objectives. The position also works closely with the NOM and all divisions within the company to ensure effective and efficient service delivery of the needs requirements of the company and the client.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Supervision of staff and employees
• Management of branch offices
• Management and supervision of manpower and logistical support for merchandising and promotional operations.
• Effective implementation of all merchandising and promotional activities and ensures that the project objectives are thoroughly achieved.
• The financial requirement of operations and expenses never go beyond the budget.
• Fiscal management
• Achievement of at least 95% of Forecasted Revenue
• Achieved at least 95% Forecasted Net Profit before Taxes
