  1. Identification of Competition
  2. Competitors’ line up
  3. Competitors’ Promotions
  4. Competitors Pricing
  5. Competitors’ Strength
  6. Competitors’ Display Activities
  7. Competitors’ Merchandising Program
  • Reports stock-out and replenishment (current inventory)
  • Cascades and monitor promotion implementation status
  • Monitors SKU distribution and display based on RIS

Promotion

  1. Understanding of Promotion and it’s scheme
  2. Ensures implementation
  3. Identifies Strength and weakness of promotion
  4. Recommendation to better handling procedures

DISPLAY & VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Monitors retail assets deployed by SEPCO to stores
  • Recommends opportunities for increase of display and visibility share in stores
  • Reports display issues and concerns on the following:

– quality of racks

– recommendation for improvement

– correct POP for RIGHT product

– update POP materials

– quick Fixes

– cleanliness

TRAINING AND  DEVELOPMENT

  • Development sales capability of Promoters which shall comprise the following:

-Promoters

  1. Product Knowledgeable
  2. Selling Skills and Techniques
  3. Personality Development
  4. Promotions Handling
  5. Developmental Recommendation
  6. Building Relationship
  7. Coaching
  • Conducts orientation on products to promoters
  • Participates and passes in all training activities and exams
