Duties and Responsibilities:
Outlet function
- Assists and guide customers in locating Samsung Products they are looking for.
- Maintains product facings. If possible, increases.
- Resolves any issues/problems at his level. Otherwise must be reported to his immediate superior not later than 24 hrs.
- Maintains harmonious relationships with all outlets’ personnel.
Promotions Implementation
- Attends all official functions. i.e. meetings, product launchings and other activities facilitated to enhance knowledge on job functions.
- Immediately implements all promotions cascaded by superior.
- Accomplishes related tasks assigned from time to time.
Report Generation
- Accomplished and submits to Supervisors weekly inventory reports of all Samsung products.
- Submits weekly competitors update report to the supervisor which will include reports on on-going promos of TV, AV, Refrigerator, Air condition unit, Washing Machine and Microwave in your stores
- Submits weekly market feedback reports.
Corporate Obligations
- Maintains the secrecy of any privilege information such as marketing plans, new product launchings, etc.
- Reports on time and always present in his assigned outlets.
- Observes proper grooming and hygiene.
- Strictly adheres to the rules and regulations stipulated in the Agency’s Policies and Guidelines, Code of Discipline, as well as the rules and regulations of the store or outlet.
Sell-Out Achievement
- Promotes of Samsung Products’ features & benefits to dealers’ costumers and advice on costumer purchase decisions
- Reports of (MCS), stocks availability , field information concerning costumer feedback, competition and submits other reports required by supervisor.
- Ensures execution of promotion
Display & Visual Merchandising
- Manages and maintains condition of POP and product display and cleanliness
Compliance
- Participate in all types of trainings as prescribed for promoter
- Build professional relationship with dealer and store personnel
- Submit all required reports
Training & Development
- Teach all influence other front liners/ dealer men on Samsung products and promotions
