Retail Operations is responsible for operationally supporting the Retail Team and Key Account Managers in translating category plans into channel plans. They are primarily responsible for coordinating with the RM & KAMs in ensuring that approved plans are well executed in the channels. TMA will be responsible for the execution of defined metrics in the channel and ground operations

Sell-out

• Regularly provides Sell-out updates to Retail Team and KAMs
• Works with RM and KAMs to gather actionable insights at point of sale and other customer touchpoints

Channel Plans

• Closely coordinates with the Retail Marketing & KAMs in ensuring that the category plans are seamlessly transitioned into the right channels

Store Execution

• Work with Retail Marketing & KAMs to ensure proper Merchandising, Display & Stocks distribution, Price and Promotion implementation are well executed in store
• Key activities shall include but not limited to: Merchandising execution management, product availability, right stocking levels of must SKUS and inventory management of back room stocks, display and in-store POSMS
• Regular store visit with RM & KAMs
• Lead weekly meeting with Field Force to review Retail Operations
• Feedback loop on executional challenges and opportunities
• Branch engagements
• In-store programs preparations and other activities (openings, activations trade visits, etc.)

Retail Champion

• Acts as the knowledge center of the Retail Team and KAMs especially during trade engagements
• Field execution reports shall include but not be limited to: Availability, Inventory, POPs, Business intelligence (covering but not limited to competitive reporting, price updates and other relevant reports)

Qualifications

• College graduate
• Business, Statistics, Economics or another related or analytical field
• Experience in Sales or Retail Marketing & analytics
• Strong analytical abilities
• Detail oriented with extreme accuracy and precision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
