Database Maintenance and Reporting Supervision
- Supervises submission for KEY NCM REPORTS: Every Month CPAM, Execution Plan
- Maintains Trade Samples Dispatch Monitoring for Total NCM for all BUs (Luzon+Vismin Dispatch), and ensuring all CBTS in NCM has been distributed with Trade Samples
- Checks NCM OPS PLENARY SLIDES are done by NCM PC Category Champs every month before run through
- Checks CYCLE PLAN Cascade Emails are sent by NCM PC Category Champs every month to respective CSG CatChamps
- NCM SMKT: CSET and CPET
- Update NCM Organigramme monthly
- Assist CSG counterpart in work related concerns
Feedback
- Get feedback from co-PCs on reports that requires Total NCM submission
- NCM SMKT – Gathers feedback on inventory, rollback implementation and other cycle plan activities
- NCM SMKT – Tracks execution of cycle plan activities weekly via CPET
- NCM SMKT – Ensure collaboration with CSET Champ on time release of CSET as well as CPET
Admin Work
- Collates Time Sheet for ALL PC and submit to Agency Account Manager
- Submit OT Forms for All PC to Agency Account Manager
- Monitors all training related needed by All PC (Safety Refreshers conducted by Nestle Security)
