Main Purpose of Job
 
To ensure optimum Availability, Visibility, Accessibility of NPI Products through 100% Trade Standards and Cycle Plan execution
 
 
Objectives
 
To maintain NPI displays through stock replenishment and rotation to prevent bad goods. Achieve trade standard compliance and maintain displays at trade level. To ensure timely execution of cycle plan.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Sales Generation
 
  • Performs Stocks replenishment and display maintenance of products with the selling area in accordance to trade standards
  • Ensure on shelf availability of all listed SKUs of the account
 
Field Execution
 
  • Maintain the displays through planogram implementation, visible and rea dable price tags
  • 100% Execution of Cycle Plans
 

Feedback Management/ Promo Evaluation

  • Gathers information from customer, shoppers and consumers and provides feedback to supervisor for better execution[
  • Regularly attends the level 1 Agency Operations Review
 
Market Hygiene
 
  • Exercise FEFO to prevent bad goods on shelf and other display areas
  • Follow prescribed stacking and proper storage guidelines in the warehouse of the account

Corporate Obligations
 
  • Observes proper grooming and hygiene at all times
