Objectives of this Role:
- Assists the SEPCO MT’s in the development of sales training materials for field force
- Assists the SEPCOMT’s in the Certification program for field force
- Ensures availability of training logistics
- Monitors sales skills compliance
- Assess training needs of front liners and promoter
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Design
- Assist MT in Content Creation and FT Content Collaboration Manage S+
- Uploading and Compliance Reports
- Collaborate with MT on Training Programs for Field Force
Facilitation
- Facilitate and manage Exhibitor Trainings/BA Trainings
- Lead/Manager for Trainer Support for Special Events/Tech Assistance Requests
- Co-faciltiate and manage Dealer FSM Trainings (with Field Trainer)
- Co-facilitate OBT Revalida Session(with Agency In House Trainer)
Preparation & Management
- Ensure availability and management of training logistics and materials
- Manage distribution and monitoring of training units/samples Check and Monitor Training Related Expenses
Validation
- Consolidate FT Post Training Reports
- Audit and back check FT Coverage compliance and training accomplishment
- Evaluate Field Trainer Facilitation and Performance (to be checked by Training Head)
