Job Summary:

To assist the client, or business management unit of the client, to conceptualize, implement and or manage Promotional Activities with the objective of achieving budgeted/planned sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promotions Planning and Conceptualization

  • Conducts studies on how to appropriately address brand/sales objectives
  • Prepares promo implementation work plan stating all details and mechanics of the activity. All necessary logistics i.e. supplies, manpower, etc. are indicated
  • Locks in needed funds for the promotion. Accurate costing of promotional costing
  • Up to date filing of promo brief/cascade decks.

Implementation of National and Local Promotions

  • Cascades ahead of time to all parties concerned details and mechanics of upcoming promotion
  • Provides technical training/briefing to all project implementers guidelines of upcoming promotion
  • All logistics such as merchandising supplies, vehicles, sound system, manpower support, and other paraphernalia are contacted 5 days before the activity
  • Recommends action plans before the promo run to ensure client objectives are met

Report Generation

Submits on time the following reports

  • Promotions for the next quarter
  • Updates on ongoing promotion
  • Competitive reports
  • Recommendations

POS and Premiums Management

  • All POS in all Bodegas are updated and arranged in order
  • Submits the monthly reporting of POS and Premium items
  • Timely dispatch of POS materials and premium items to project implementers
  • Audits POS & Promotional equipments

Administrative Accountabilities

  • Review Promo Expense Report for approval of the Client
  • Allocates and provides charging details for all promo activities
  • Ensures the secrecy and confidentiality of all client programs and plans
