TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Develops product knowledge and sales capability of promoters and front liners
  • Conducts classroom & in-store trainings to promoters and dealers
  • Assists the SEPCO RTO s in the development of sales training materials for field force
  • Assists the SEPCO RTOs in the Certification program for field force 
  • Ensures availability of training logistics
  • Monitors sales skills compliance
  • Assess training needs of front liners and promoter
  • Coordinates with SEPCO Channel Managers re training schedule of dealers
  • Participates and pass training activities and exams

 

SELL-OUT ACHIEVEMENT

  • Checks off-take and ISS trends
  • Monitors competitor activities
  • Monitors SKU distribution and display based on RIS

 

DISPLAY & VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Recommends opportunities for increase of display and visibility inside the stores
  • Reports display issues and concerns

 

COMPLIANCE                 

  • Submits monthly accomplishment and Closing reports
  • Builds professional relationship with dealers and store personnel
  • Visits stores based on coverage plan
