JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and deliver product knowledge and sales training to promoters and front liners through classroom and in-store sessions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with sales skills and training activities, and assess the training needs of promoters and front liners.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and store personnel, ensuring store visits and reporting are completed per the coverage plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with dealers and store staff.
- Knowledge of product displays, visual merchandising, and retail strategies.
