Broad Functional Description

In general, the Encoder’s main function is to encode all data and consolidate all reports from field operations on a daily basis.

Principal Responsibilities

• Verifies all reports submitted by the Project Supervisors.
• Validates all reports submitted by the Project Supervisors.
• Consolidates and summarizes all reports submitted by the Project Supervisors.
• Submits all consolidated reports to the Project Manager on a daily basis.
• Strictly observes and follow the Company’s and client’s deadlines in the submission of reports.
